Stephanie has been a home canner since 2015. She produces award-winning, small-batch preserves that often feature fresh Wisconsin produce such as strawberries, pears, apples, and maple syrup.
Stephanie has been keeping honey bees since 2017. She produces nationally award-winning honey in Walworth County, Wisconsin.
Stephanie is Wisconsin's first American Honey Show Training Council certified honey judge.
